software two email messages are sent to you. One is from the credit card
processing company and one is from ei software. Within the ei software email is
a link to a download site. This link is specific to your purchase and will only
work for a limited time.

The Personal Color Viewer 2.0 download version is
$10.00. If you select to order the software on CD the cost is $14.95 including
shipping and handling. CDs are sent via first-class mail and are shipped every

Where do I find the serial number for my copy of Personal Color Viewer? |

If you purchased the CD, the serial number is printed
on the back of the CD jewel case. You will need the serial number the first
time you run Personal Color Viewer. If you purchased the download version, an
email was sent with your serial number to the email address you provided.

Personal Color Viewer cannot open my image file. Why? |
 |
Personal Color Viewer currently supports JPEG, and
bitmap files. If your image file is not in one of these formats, you will not
be able to open the file using Personal Color Viewer. You can, however, convert
your file into a format that Personal Color Viewer supports.

Are digital pictures of houses supplied with Personal Color Viewer? |

Yes. There are digital images in the Sample Images
folder. When you open the software, select "Choose a photo" to get
started. These are houses you can use to practice painting and selecting
colors.

Can I open a picture of a house that I painted in Personal Color Viewer in other software applications? |

Yes. The Export commands let you save houses in the
common JPEG format for use in other applications.

Will my computer work with Personal Color Viewer 2.0? |

If your computer can run Windows 98, 2000, or XP - or
- Macintosh OS X operating system, it can run Personal Color Viewer 2.0.
Performance improves with more RAM, increased processor speed, and faster and
larger hard drives. It is also recommended that the computer support 24-bit
color.
