Where do I find the serial
number for my copy of Visions at a Glance? |

The serial number is printed
on the back of the CD jewel case. You will need the serial number
the first time you run Visions at a Glance. You will also need the
serial number when you call technical support. To find the serial
number once you have installed and run Visions at a Glance, select
Help - About Visions at a Glance. The screen displays the serial number.

Visions at a Glance cannot open my image file. Why? |

Visions at a Glance currently
supports JPEG, and bitmap files. If your image file is not in one
of these formats, you will not be able to open the file using Visions
at a Glance. You can, however, convert your file into a format that
Visions at a Glance supports.

Are digital pictures of houses supplied with Visions
at a Glance? |

Yes. There are digital images
in the Sample Images folder. These are houses you can use to practice
changing colors and painting.

Why is the picture upside down in the Visions at a
Glance window? |
 |
Some images are scanned upside
down and then saved to disk that way. If an image is not correctly
oriented on the screen, use the Rotate Image command located in teh
Edit window to rotate the image clockwise in 90º increments. Continue
until your image is upright.

Can I open a picture of a house that I ihave painted
with Visions at a Glance in other software applications? |

Yes. The Export commands let
you save houses in the common JPEG format for use in other applications.

Will my computer work with Visions at a Glance? |
 |
If your computer can run Windows 98, 2000, NT, or XP,
it can run Visions at a Glance. Performance improves with more RAM,
increased processor speed, and faster and larger hard drives. It is
also recommended that the computer support 24-bit color. Check out
the system requirements for more details. |
